Returns Policy

We realise that when ordering online, sometimes there are reasons why you may need to return your product. Our aim is to make this as painless as possible.

Below, you will find all of the information you should need to return a product to us. Remember though, do not remove tags or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping your order.

How long do I have to return my order?

You can return or exchange any goods bought from Cult Creed. You have 14 days of receiving your item to return your item back to us.

United Kingdom Customers

Customers based in the United Kingdom that have purchased an item from Cult Creed can return the item only if the items purchased were not part of a promotion. 

If for any reason you do not have your invoice, please include a note with your name and order number, so that we know whom the parcel has come from.

Simply pack the items that you intend to return safely and securely, and attach the label addressed to:

onto the package and deliver this to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office. You will not be charged for returning any items.

Your refund will only be processed if the returned items are unused and in the same condition as advertised on the Cult Creed website. All of the tags and labels need to be intact.

Upon the return of the items, your refund will be with you within 3 to 5 working days. 

Unfortunately, if the items are not in the condition that you received them, we will be unable to process your refund.

International Customers

Unfortunately, if the items are not in the condition that you received them, we will be unable to process your refund.

Please check before returning your items that they were not part of a promotion as we will not be able to refund the money if the items were purchased through a promotion or sale.

The cost of returning the goods for customers outside of the United Kingdom is your responsibility. We are currently working towards providing a free returns service for selected countries worldwide.
